Milwaukee Freedom Cell

This organization is a local branch within a regional network seeking to build community through interests like independent media, community gardening, and alternative education. I initially created this logo for their Telegram channel, and then extended it to other applications. The concept for the logo was inspired by the ability of plant life to displace and eventually break through concrete, as well as the number eight being the critical minimum number of members that can theoretically begin to function together as an efficient and productive group, or "cell."
